Darkipelago
A chain of small islands in the middle of the Broad Sea, the Darkipelago is a region outside the jurisdiction of the Neighborhoods. Each one of these islands is ruled over by a different Evil Overlord, all regulated under the Council of Calamity, a senate of sorts that has traditionally managed the politics in the region.
Even when they are supposed to be evil, the Darkipelago islands have a very strong cultural bond based on mutual collaboration. Of course, due to their chaotic nature, the folks from the islands hide any sign of “weakness” with competitiveness.
One of the examples of this custom is the Darkipelago’s Evil List of Upcoming Overlords, a list of all people aspiring to become an Evil Overlord rated by evilest to nicest. This list mainly features children and teenagers (adults have already given up, became Overlords, or been eliminated from the competition), and is constantly updated. Only people from Darkipelagan family can be registered for this competition, and this usually happens at the first signs of evil intent from a child.
The Darkipelgo’s Evil List of Upcoming Overlords is a popular and well-known competition all over the islands, regardless of age. It is closely followed like a sports competition and is only eclipsed by the professional league competition: the seats of the Council of Calamity.

Blood Grove
The legendary island of origin of the Vampire Lord that ruled The Ghostly, nowadays is a thriving community of lawyers, merchants, and evil-doing business people. The current leader is Evil Overlord Vampire Mom, who is one of the most powerful members of the Council of Calamity.
Majority of the population in Blood Grove are vampires, but many different types of people live there as well.
