What is all this?
The Ghostly Fables is a continuous personal project, first created by ghostlymatte.
Later, Crosskrow partnered up and helped further the development of the amazing world of The Ghostly!
How did this all start?
The Ghostly Fables was actually all just started on a whim!
ghostlymatte craved to have reoccurring characters that he can continuously develop and revise. Lee, Devin, and Shoes, were actually the first of many characters ghostlymatte developed.
Around mid-2019, ghostlymatte wanted to create an original project but couldn't figure out what exactly. After various long conversations and late-night chats with Crosskrow,
The Ghostly Fables was born!!
Also, many of the established characters now were once undeveloped original characters before like Terri or unintentional characters like Lilac and Dorian.
What is the goal?
The primary goal of The Ghostly Fables is to have a constantly developing fictional world, where countless projects and stories can all stem off from.
With this, ghostlymatte and Crosskrow can now work on something always instead of suffering from art block.
Currently, ghostlymatte and Crosskow dream of creating a colorful world full of stories in various mediums. Stories that focus on the lore, the neighborhoods, and of course, the locals!
