Background:

    Aster is a vampire prince who was previously the direct successor of one of the more powerful vampire clans in his homeland in Darkipelago. After an intense argument on the topic of conquering with his mother, The Vampire Lord, Aster quickly found himself with no other choice but to leave his home and kingdom behind. After a long and tiring journey for weeks, Aster finally found himself in a laughable "kingdom" called The Castle of Bloodroot far enough where his mother's influence cannot reach him. 

    Upon his arrival, Aster struggled to adapt and found himself cold and alone for days without the assistance of his demon servants to attend to him. Weeks passed and at the brink of his death, a new local, Mero, finally discovered a tattered and unconscious Aster on the street and immediately carried him to his family home. Mero and his family slowly nursed Aster back to health. During his time with Mero, he reluctantly became friends with the overly enthusiastic lower-leveled demon and his family.

    A few months have passed and Aster felt the growing need to venture out on his own and build his own home. As he wandered the empty grounds with Mero, Aster eventually found himself upon the steps of the previous home of the late-Vampire Lord many centuries ago. Without a second glance, he proclaimed the abandoned castle his home and boundary with the help of his cute demon kitty. As time passed, the presence of another vampire living in the cursed castle spread all throughout the neighborhood. While he continues to be approached with hatred and malice, Aster finally feels at home with, his now-boyfriend Mero.

Personality:

    Aster was, at first, quick to judge, detached, and pretentious. After meeting Mero, Aster learned to gradually become less hostile and more relaxed. He continues to be cold-hearted, especially towards those he barely knows. He can be charming if he deems it necessary, but Aster generally avoids conversing with others and rather broods and sulk in a corner.
